New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 will qualify for the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.
VIP Cashback Program
399bct has four VIP levels, and weekly cashback is provided at each level:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Members can advance to higher VIP levels based on regular active participation and betting volume.
General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus applies once per member, household, address, or IP address.
- 399bct reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games is determined by the terms of the specific offer.
- Each promotional offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

Game Rules and Fair Play Policy

- Collusion with other members, match fixing, or the use of unfair strategies is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
- If a technical error causes an abnormal game result, 399bct reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.
- The same rules apply to live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar). The live dealer's decision is considered final.
Prohibited Activities and Restrictions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399bct platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
- Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
